They were willing to negotiate ($1500 down) they had to do a repair of transmission which probably cost them $300 and a lot of time... but they did it free of charge more

Lynnway Auto Sales is awesome! I was in desperate need of a new car and stopped by here to get a better idea of what kind of car I should get. Junior was assisted me, he showed me what they had in stock. He took the time to show me around and was patient with my lack of knowledge in cars. Junior was very helpful and answered all my questions. Typically, I try to avoid the idea of researching and looking for cars, but Junior really made the process easy for me. Besides from showing me their cars and helping gain a better insight on cars, I was able to narrow down the kinda of the car that I wanted. Not only that, but I can use this experience to help me with the next purchase or even give advice to a friend. Buying a car can be extremely stressful and time consuming, but I am glad that I received such great help from the employees at Lynnway. It made the transition easier and not scary to go through. Junior provided me such great service. In addition, the pricing of the vehicle was considerably reasonable, which is even better. The Mercedes is working well and I have not had one problem with this car. The overall experience was great, pricing, customer service, and the condition of the cars. more

When I told a friend that I was looking to buy a Range Rover it was suggested I check the inventory at Lynnway Auto sales. I am so glad we did. I not only found the car of my dreams but the whole experience was one worth sharing in a dealership review. Jr and the owner Richie treated us like family from the minute we entered the showroom. Excellent customer service was displayed with each contact and since I knew nothing about the nuances of a Range Rover, I called plenty and was never made to feel like a bother. They are very professional and shopped for an extended warranty for me to best suit my car needs. The people here are super helpful! A lot of friends and family go here for all of their car purchases and questions. Richy helped me with everything when I had bought my 2007 Toyota Rav4 Wagon 4door. He took the time to go over the paper work with me and helped me fully understand everything on the documents. Not only did he make sure I comprehended what was on the paper but he was extremely patient with my questions. After my purchase, I returned to ask more questions about maintenance and Richy was there to help me. The customer service here is terrific ! The employees are always so welcoming and the really what they are doing. It made the process of getting a new car smoothly with the helping hand of Ricky. Till this day I still swing by with my random car questions and the guys here are always there to help. more

I got sick of my old car and and wanted to trade up my old Honda for something better and more stylish. I pass by Lynnway all the time but never really stopped by or asked around about their business. I called in to set up an appointment and left a couple weeks later with a 2004 Audi a4 sedan. I received decent service and got my moneys worth. This dealership is a good place to go if you want to get rid of something old like that one I had more

I Checked out the website after a friend told me about this dealership. I printed out a few things I liked and brought them in.. The guys that helped me were so helpful and showed me each car and made good suggestions as I don't know much about cars.. They weren't pushy at all which made my deciding that much easier.. I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe and couldn't be happier with it! Would definitely recommend and use them again! more

My old car broke down, so I thought it was time to get a workable car. I live in the area of where Lynnway Auto Sales is and stopped by. I started to browse around and see what my options were. I was approached by politely approached by Joe. He asked what I was looking for and if I needed help. I told him about my car situation and he was more than willing to work with me in finding a replacement. Joe really listened to my concerns of buying a new car and my preference in looking for a new one. He helped me with all of the questions that I had and the paperwork, not to mention choosing a car. After testing so many cars, I decided to buy a 2004 Audi A4 sedan 4door. It works very well and I have not one problem with it since the purchase.\r \r The customer service here is excellent! We had a GREAT experience at Lynnway Auto. The purchasing process went nice and quick and Junior , his brother, his father, & Joe were all SO helpful with getting everything done for us. And they're know their stuff when it comes to these luxury vehicles. Their knowledge of these luxury vehicles and all the different quirks of the years and makes is pretty impressive. We love that this place is a family run business which made it comfortable, and actually pleasant, dealing with them. And when I needed a couple of things fixed in order to pass my NH inspection, they took the car right in and got everything taken care of, free of charge. Even though we live in NH, this will be the place we go for all of our future purchases. more

I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership since 1998 and I have been satisfied with their selection, price, and customer service. I had a minor problem with one vehicle and was given a convenient time to bring back the vehicle and it was repaired immediately. (back windshield wiper was making a lound noise) I have referred family members and friends to Lynnway Auto and no one has complained. What I like is that they offer an extended warranty plan on their used cars as well as financing through local area credit unions and banks for folks such as myself who do not have perfect credit. It is a family run business with a father and 2 sons. more

Richie was one of the nicest guys I have met at any car dealership i have been too. He was very polite, and explained things to me so I could really understand them. He helped me pick out a car that was good for my family, and made all the paperwork really easy. I was looking to get a good car for decent money so I went down to check out Lynnway Auto Sales. Richie, the owner, was one of the nicest guys I have ever met. His office was very clean, his employees looked professional, and his attitude was nothing but wonderful.
