I have purchased from them twice now. Once at their full store by the mall and once at their clearance center down the road. They've helped me with my back issues and have the best selection and prices I've seen yet with furniture. I've bought at other places locally and can assure you that Lynn's has the best policies and customer service ANYWHERE around here. Thanks Lynn's! I'll keep spreading the word! more

I had a really good experience with the Schererville store. there was no pressure to buy anything. I purchased a moondust Serta euro top queen for 599.00 and it comes with a 32 inch LCD TV. This also includes removal and setting up. I was very pleased. more

The Best! 5/29/2011

I was blown away by not only the low prices but the service as well! First off, Lynn's was the only place I weant where the sales people didn't hound me and follow me like vultures. They actually let me look around without trying to get me to buy something. Secondly, their family's experience showed when they identified what would actually work best for me and not just pushing high end stuff. And, to top it all off, they had the lowest prices by far! I went everywhere this Memorial Day weekend and thier deals couldn't be beat! Experience, care, and beyond competitive prices. No wonder you guy's have been around so long. more

Worst Customer Service - Shop Elswhere 3/7/2009

The store has the worst customer service. They lied and mislead me about their return policy. There are a lot of mattress stores out there and I recommend shopping elsewhere. Their ""Truly a Family Owned and Operated"" slogan is misleading. If you want to be treated really badly after the purchase then shop at Lynn's. I also got stuck with store credit...My fault for trusting what they told me. Pros: Empty parking lot means something Cons: They are still in business scamming good people more

Too many overpriced mattresses 9/11/2008

Their expensive mattresses feel like middle-of-the-road mattresses. I found their mattresses marked up 30% higher than online. Pros: Parking lot always empty Cons: High priced mattresses more

An experience 8/13/2008

We purchased a Tempurpedic bed, middle of the road model at Lynn's because they are the only distributors listed in this area. The salesperson sold me the bed ($2300) and mattress pad ($70) which we were under the impression that it was a Tempurpedic brand. We received the bed and we also received the mattress pad. The pad WAS NOT Tempurpedic, so I tried to bring back the new pad and she told me that all I can receive is store credit....Well, I looked around and told her that we don't need another $2700 bed, so I'll just ""eat it"". She told me that it is the same mattress pad, just branded differently, so it would be cheaper to sell. It was not the same material and it was manufactured in a different state.
