well i can tell you that these post are outdated, all the office personnal is friendy, maintenance staff is great. also they now have renovated apartments which look good, they also have a boat ramp. nice property and nice people. more

Other than Amy and Vanessa the staff is god awful since the beiging of living here we have had constant maintenance issues(nothing has ever been fixed or changed) my husband has wound up doing himself Maintenance does nothing they had over charged us for bull honestly little things .. The park is nice if the neighbors did not have such mouths and would not act so ignorant . Recently our apartment had become mold infested because our water heater had broke (which we had complained about this issue from day one) but our floors became damage and they expect us to pay full rent and expect our children to live in this our lease was up and then they expected us to live there 60 more days plus with these major health issues and no where to live inside the apratment . And honestly this is not a good place some neighbors are fine but others are nasty and foul and my notes the manager Julie is quite nasty and crude which is really a shame this apartment could be great if they changed a few things and actually kept their apartments up more

Ilived there for 6 months before my unexpected separation from the military and it was the worst place ever, My next door neighbors were loud and disrespectful. They also got the cops in their unit several times plus he was a narcotic dealer. The managementwere lazy and didn't knew what they had to do. I was under a military clause and they changed at the time of moving and they claim money they don't deserve. This place is awful and I dont recomend it to no one. That's not to mention that maintenance doesn't know anything bout how to fix things and when my AC unit messed up I had to wait two weeks in the summer time to get it fixed with a 6 month old baby living with me. And if they serve that they have 24 hour maintenance that is a lie because they don't. Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

This is the most WORST place ive ever lived in my life. I moved in 2 months ago and already regret it. The neighbors are terrible, the place is FILLED with CREEPY CRAWLIES. They told us that we couldnt see the apartment we were about to move into becuase they were cleaning the carpet and that we had to sign the lease first. They basically tricked us becuase i have heard them say that to 2 different people while visiting the office. A 2 bedroom apartment isnt worth $820.00 a month when you have to share it with CREEPY CRAWLIES and hoodrats. DONT MOVE TO LYNN HAVEN LANDING APARTMENTS!!!!!! Cons: Being harassed by rude neighbors, and their screaming children running the streets at all hours more

if you like living in the the worst place in va beach. they hire lazy office people that dont know there job. the apartment is gross. the floors all need new carpet. the faucets leak. dishwasher and stove are guarenteed to catch on fire and neighbors walk right on in like they know you. constant partying all night long. but rest assure the cops are stationed in the circle somewhere. Pros: huge rooms Cons: everything else more
