My daughter had an issue with her car, I called over to Lynnes, they took her in right away. The staff was pleasant, the service manager pleasant, and the mechanic who worked on her car gave her details of what needed to be done and what it would cost, as well as options, as to what needed to be done. My husband was originally from Bloomfield so instead of going to a dealership near our house we decided to go to Lynne's. BIG mistake! The dealership itself is very dingy and dirty looking but who cares if you get a good price right? This dealership is the reason why people hate buying cars. They use the old tactic of starting so high with a price you are down right insulted. They also will not tell you the actual price you would be paying for the car they only would tell you in monthly payments. I asked them what price they were calculating the tax on and you thought I was speaking a different language the way I was speaking. So then the manager comes over still no break down in price, taxes and fees. We were in a bad position where we needed the car. I know we got so ripped off and a month later I still get so angry thinking about it. So the only thing I can do is save other people from dealing with them. Just stay as far away from this dealership. Anywhere is better than here. more

when i walked into lynnes subaru, they had the most friendly staff i have ever met. i totally forgot where i was at, because i had such bad experiences at other car dealers. i recommend lynnes subaru to every subaru owner. they listen, they care, and they get the job done! more
