I was thoroughly impressed with this office and the staff, they were able to get us set up with an appointment very quickly. When we got there the was literally no wait my daughter was back in the chair before I could even finish filling out the paperwork. There was a refreshment bar we could help ourselves to as well as laptops for customers to use. When I went back to the room there was a TV we could watch, and to make my daughter comfortable they offered to put it on something that she liked. The technology in there was amazing, they were able to take photos of her teeth and display them on two monitors one of which was right above the exam chair so that she could see what we saw. The dentist did a great job explaining things so that she could understand and made her feel more comfortable by telling her exactly what he was doing and what it was going to feel like. I would recommend this office to anyone! more

The dental office is located in a wonderful neighbor, next to a Baylor clinic. Their office is beautiful. You can tell that they thought of their patients when decorating. They have a nice kids area. As a new patient the wait was short and the staff was courteous. They have state of the art technology. I could even see my xrays above me. They gave me a warm neck pillow while the work was being done.The dental hygenists and xray technician were very thorough when doing their job. Dr. Thornton was very nice and gentle. I will be back with my kids. They will feel so comfortable. I didn't think I could ever afford to go back to the dentist, but Lynn Creek Dental Care made a believer out of me. From the point of making my appointment to checking out, the level of customer service was outstanding. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and ushered back by the dental tech with care. The hygienist worked swiftly and thoroughly to clean my teeth. The dentist was able then come in and examine my teeth and helped me understand and diagnosis that I'd have. L. Calhoun more
