Stay far away, horrible customer service! One of their limo drivers got a DUI recently that says it all. This place is run by self centered , inconsiderate, staff that do not care about you or your events what so ever. The only thing they care about is hiring the cheapest help and providing the worst service to drive maximum profit. Please do your due diligence and don't let your event be ruined by Lynette's Limo!!! more

Beware! Broke confirmed contract! 8/2/2011

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I just had the worst experience with Lynette's. I am getting married in less than 2 weeks. We called to confirm the reservation for a limo bus 2 weeks prior to my wedding and Lynette's claimed that they did not have any reservation under my name. I explained the email from JANUARY stating my confirmation for my wedding that they had sent. They then claimed that they had sent out another confirmation letter a few months later and never heard from me. I went through all my email to double check and reconfirmed that they NEVER sent another email. They basically told me that I'm out of luck that they have booked someone else for that night. I then had to scramble around and call every limo company to find a limo bus to accommodate 22 people which is not easy to do in the first place. This is disgraceful! I wish I had gone with another company! This was not something I should have to worry about right before my wedding. This was unneeded stress!!!! A great company that I wish I used initially is Black Tie out of Haverhill. I have heard many good things about them (after the fact and they were already booked). Do not book with Lynette more

Terrific Service 7/19/2011

We just used Lynettes Limo for our corporate outing. They are under new management and very customer service oriented. We had the Limousine Bus and a Black Hummer Limo for the entire Day. Went to Foxwoods and then back to Burlington. I must say I was pleasantly surprised! Rude Service, not worth it 7/17/2010

When I spoke to the ""manager"" on the phone to ask some simple questions about my reservation, he was so rude that I ended up deciding I would rather pay $50 more for the same service at a company that would not treat its customers so badly. Saving with Lynette's prices is simply not worth it. The manager definitely should not be in customer service. Pros: Decent Prices Cons: So rude they're not worth it more

Disgraceful 8/21/2009

An absolute disgrace of a company. booked a limo to providence and got ripped off because they put a time limit on the journey of 1 hour and 30 mins. It took us 3 hours to get there from when we left because of traffic and they charged us $125 and hour overtime. All that and the air con was broke in the limo with 20 people in it. Too Bad 9/19/2008

We have been using Lynette's over the past few years both personally and professionally. Their drivers and booking agents have always been very professional and we have never had a problem. Unfortunately this last time I think we had a breakdown of communication (could have been my fault) when I book the reservation. I called that Monday to overview. They reviewed my reservation and told me that accounting would be in on Wednesday and they would call me. I didn't hear on Wednesday so I called on Thursday. Marco, a manager, answered the phone and when I asked for accounting he told me they would be in at 11:30, but to fill him in on why I was calling. I don't even think I got to explain a 1/3 of why I was calling because he kept stopping me with rude remarks on why it was my fault. When I told him just to have accounting call me, he told me there was no accounting department and I had to deal with him if I wanted any satisfaction as he was the manger. I told him he was acting like my child and very unprofessional where he just went off on me. Refusing Refusing to let me try to resolve this with someone else. I finally told him to keep my $400.00 and that I could no longer, personally or professionally do business with this kind of management. I think Marco should go back to school and study a line of work where he can put his rude and argumentative skills to use and not lose customers for his employer. more

ABSENTEE DRIVER 12/10/2007

We used Lynnettes Limo (Wilmington, MA) on Sat. Nov. 24th, 2007. Our driver was Kevin. Service was fine, nothing exceptional. We rented the limo for 6 hours. We were told that after 6 hours it's an additional $75. \r When we were ready to head home, with plenty of time to make the 6 hour deadline, Kevin and limo were no where to be found! We had to call him and it took him at least 10 minutes to appear. This delay (by the driver) caused us to go over time and he charged us the additional $75. \r \r We used Lynnettes Limo again on Sat. Dec. 8th 2007. The same driver (Kevin) appeared. As we headed out of the limo I asked Kevin for a business card with the phone number on it so we could call him for pick up. He said, ""I gave one to your friend"", he hopped in the limo and took off, without giving me a card. At the end of the evening once again, we were outside in the freezing cold looking for our limo. Kevin the driver was not there! No one had a business card. We called information and called the office. No one answered. Finally he appeared, much later. Again, suspicously, his absense and delay in picking us up caused us to be charged the late fee $75. Way too much of a coincidence!! We're waiting in the freezing cold and he makes $75 for a few minutes of going past the 6 hours! Where is the incentive for him to pick us up and take us home on time!!! Obviously there is none. more
