We used Lynnettes Limo (Wilmington, MA) on Sat. Nov. 24th, 2007. Our driver was Kevin. Service was fine, nothing exceptional. We rented the limo for 6 hours. We were told that after 6 hours it's an additional $75. \r
When we were ready to head home, with plenty of time to make the 6 hour deadline, Kevin and limo were no where to be found! We had to call him and it took him at least 10 minutes to appear. This delay (by the driver) caused us to go over time and he charged us the additional $75. \r

We used Lynnettes Limo again on Sat. Dec. 8th 2007. The same driver (Kevin) appeared. As we headed out of the limo I asked Kevin for a business card with the phone number on it so we could call him for pick up. He said, ""I gave one to your friend"", he hopped in the limo and took off, without giving me a card. At the end of the evening once again, we were outside in the freezing cold looking for our limo. Kevin the driver was not there! No one had a business card. We called information and called the office. No one answered. Finally he appeared, much later. Again, suspicously, his absense and delay in picking us up caused us to be charged the late fee $75. Way too much of a coincidence!! We're waiting in the freezing cold and he makes $75 for a few minutes of going past the 6 hours! Where is the incentive for him to pick us up and take us home on time!!! Obviously there is none.
