Lynch Law Team 7/28/2014

I recommend Lynch Law firm for many reasons. One of my major respects come from the communication and support. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Held & Arthur Lynch. Mr. Held worked with me step by step throughout my case. I was always kept informed and involved in the whole process. Not only did they refer me to the best doctors, I felt as if they had my best interest in mind. This is why I consider Lynch Law firm a TEAM. The lawyers all work together and they have amazing paralegals that are also very involved and informative. My case ended up going to trial, this is where Arthur Lynch fought for me and we WON. It was a very intimidating process but having Arthur on my side was comforting and I was optimistic. Once we were in, we were in it to win. The insurance company, even up to jury deliberations were knocking on our door to settle, but we let it ride and took the victory. I am proud and very fortunate to have him on my side. I appreciate all the hard work and definitely recommend Lynch Law Firm to any, and every one. more

Overall highly professional, sincere and personal. 7/7/2014

During my initial appointment with Arthur Lynch, I felt as though I was in good hands. My case was reviewed carefully and coveyed in understandable terms for the layperson. Cases always take time and I was prepared for a wait. But during that time, there were updates and follow ups, so I knew that things were progressing and there would be a resolution. Lynch Law Firm are lawyers have expertise in personal injury and will work tirelessly to help you win. more

They're great at what they do! 6/24/2014

I used Lynch Law Firm for three years, and they were always there for me. Whenever I asked a question, they always responded. Even if they were busy when I called and left a message, they would always return my call. I was in a tough situation, and they helped me through step by step. Mr. Lynch is a very good lawyer. Since I started working with him, I have had no problems. They are very good at what they do, and they are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone! more

Excellent 2/9/2014

After having a very difficult experience dealing with an attorney representing me for my serious slip and fall injury necessitating a hip replacement - I contacted Arthur Lynch of the Lynch Law Firm. Arthur was very professional and courteous and handled my case in a most satisfactory manner. His advice and counsel was "right on target" and he moved the case forward expeditiously. I would not hesitate to recommend Arthur Lynch and his firm to anyone who unfortunately may need the services of a personal injury attorney. more

Exceeded expectations! 1/16/2014

I live in California, but I needed somebody on the east coast to deal with an issue in New York state. I ended up using Lynch Law Firm. I was referred to them by a friend who is an attorney in California, and they helped me through the process. They were responsive and able to deal with my issue, and we ended up with a successful disposition of the case. I worked with both the brothers, James and Arthur, and I thought they were both incredibly capable, knowledgeable and very experienced attorneys. They were both very easy to talk with, and they really instill confidence in a client that they know what they are doing. I thought they were great and really effective. I sat in the court house with both of them at different times, and they were saying hello and greeting people walking by. They are very plugged into the community, and they are both clearly very astute. more

Good overall. 1/16/2014

Lynch Law Firm was good overall. I used them because I was suing after a car accident. I didn't get what I asked for but I did get something. My lawyer was very nice when I met with him. The entire process took two years and I didn't think it would take that long. This is a big law firm so you have to call them and follow up with them a lot because they are very busy. more

The process was a bit frustrating, but James is excellent. When I called in there was a lady that picked up but going straight to the source, to James, made things a lot easier. It has been a 3 year experience dealing with Lynch Law firm and at times it felt like pulling teeth in trying to get answers from them. But overall I feel they did a fair job. more
