Lv Dog Resort

Las Vegas Dog Resort should be the ONLY place you consider leaving your pet. It's like your pets second home. NO cold/non caring Club Canine here! Located in a very safe area of Las Vegas, My pets love it here! I heard about LV Dog Resort/Shana after I had a very BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A COUPLE OF WANT-TO-BE; FAKE DOG TRAINERS. (DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK, AND RESEARCH ANY OTHER SIMILAR BUSINESS'S). Shana's staff are truly-incredibly pet loving/caring people. They treat your dog as if they were their own pet. Love and Kindness is the norm here. Secondly, there are no small cold-iron/metal mass-produced dog cages, and cold decor here. The rooms are warm and cozy; with futon beds, rugs, and the wall art is very tastefully done too. The room sizes vary so you have your choice of rooms for your loving pet. I am boarding my dogs for the fourth of July weekend and I am very impressed with this place. You would not believe how adorable the rooms are!! Each dog has there own tv, toddler bed, toys, bedding and even a chandelier. I will be going on my vacation knowing my dog is in an amazing place. They also have play time all day long in there daycare. I am very impressed with this place and will never go anywhere else ever again!! more

Our pups love going to daycare at LV dog, they just can not contain their excitement. They get the rough and tumble play of doggie interaction in a safe, controlled environment. All dogs are prescreened and segragated in appropriate, age, size,... They just can not contain their excitement. When I pick up my pups they are exhausted and go right to bed. As soon as the sun rises they are up and scratching at the garage door to get to the car and go play. They never did this ever before they started there doggie daycare. I am so excited to have found the resort. more

My dogs love daycare. I take them on monday, wed and fri and they have so many great little friends to play with. Great Place more

Good: Very clean facility with a resort feel, wonderful staff...real dog lovers! I have been taking Gizzy, Baby, Boo Boo there for over a year and they are very organized, gentle and really make sure the sights are pampered! Such a relief when I go on vacation to know my babies are taken care of. I have been delayed a few times and they went out of their way to purchase chicken breast and boil it for my dogs as they have sensitive appetites and they took pictures and sent them to me which was quite a surprise. Improvements: I would like a summer spa week for my dogs...they go in for massages and peticures. I think it would be nice to have aromatherapy and perhaps a full spa menu to choose from. I know it sounds over the top but my dog, Gizzy jay, has heart problems and the massage really helps him to relax. For a few days after getting a massage he seems to have a more playful personality. My other dogs love the massage too...it's quite hysterical to see them getting a massage,. Other: The owner is very sweet and fosters dogs...she really goes to extremes to accommodate my demands...which may seem crazy at times...but she and her staff are five star!. more

Warren West the person who commented below is making false accusations about the hotel.He recieved training for his dog at the hotel and wanted his dog to pass a good citizen ship test. We worked with his dog and trained her very well. She failed the test because she tried to bite the handler. He is upset and wants free training. His dog has failed this test with two other training facilites in town also. He wants free training and we feel because of her aggression she will never pass this test. Our trainer uses only positive reinforcement and would never hurt a dog as she loves them very much!! more

I love the resort they are so good with my dogs and they love them so much! I bring them in for daycare and in daycare training and they run up to the staff like they were family. The really love the trainer Jackie and have such a great time at the hotel.I am so thankful to have found them! more

Bentley truly enjoyed his stay with the lv dog resort and daycare. He did not want to leave at all. Now he will be attending daycare at least twice a week or as many times as I can take him so he can play with his new friends and release some of his energy as he has so much of it :) more

What an incredible facility. I can not believe how much the staff cares for and loves my baby. I left Benny knowing that he was in great hands and for the first time I did not feel bad leaving him I new he was going to have a great time!! more

Great place I boarded my dogs for a week and they took incredible care of them. I will never go anywhere else again. The staff is great and really love the dogs I could tell when I picked my kids up and they were jumping all over them. I highly recommend them. more

I love the lv dog resort I board my dogs here all of the time. They also go to daycare twice a week and have so much fun playing with other dogs and socializing. I love the staff and would be lost without them!! I highly recommend the resort!! more
