Everyone is polite professional and helpful. Natalie is an artist and always knows what I like. She just took 10 inches off my hair and I love it! My 11 year old daughter says I look younger! You've got my vote for Best of Ventura!!! more

As usual Crosby cut my hair and did a beautiful job.I was surprised to find when I went to pay that it was $65 for the cut and not $50 as the last 2 or three times. I wish I had been told of the increase.Thanks more

I just love the hour or two that I get to spend with Natalie, she always makes me feel so pampered and I always leave feeling so good about my hair. It is always good to spend time chatting with her as well as I feel like I have made a very good friend. I wish I could have that experience every week. Love coming to Luxe more

I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment with Natalie. As always, she asked me what I was interested in doing with my hair and then made a couple of suggestions. For a young woman Natalie has a wonderful business presence and mature attitude. She also is talented and gifted in her field. The staff at the desk were equally accommodating and professional. Please continue the coupons and specials. more

I always have a great experience when going to the luxe salon. Natalie is great at doing my hair. She does great head massage. I like how she knows what kind of colors I like. I hope she always will be at the lux salon because it has taken me years to find the right hair sylist. :) Kathi more
