DO NOT USE THIS VET. WHAT A RIP-OFF... Wanted to give complete bloodwork to administer a steroid shot that another vet has been giving for many years. Now having to delay trip a day to take back to regular vet. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS HONEST!!! more

I used Luv n Care in Longwood for about two years but NO MORE. They are over priced and use scare tactics to up sell you on things not needed because they know that most pet owners will do and pay anything to keep there pet in good health. I took my dog to get his shoots updated before Christmas and the vet said that my dog had a ear infection and need to be put on meds. In conversation I said that I was boarding my pet at place down the street for the holidays that we have been going to for years and love. That was a mistake the vet said nothing but bad things about them just to scare me so I would use them instead. I reluctantly fell for it and set up a reservation to board there over the holiday for 11 days because he did have a ear infection ""I Think"". The whole time I couldn't believe what they said about my boarding place that we found to be the best in the area and my dog loves going to. When I picked up our dog we noticed that he was acting scared and shy.(RED FLAG) My dog never acts this way when he boards or any other time. He is always high energy and happy. It took a couple days for him to start acting his happy self again. Then he came down with Kennel Cough during his stay. I took him back to the vet and they put him on more meds. Later I found out that he would have gotten over it on his own with out meds. I'm mad at them for there poor business practices and questionable ethics. I mad at myself for taking my dog to a vet for boarding when all they deal with is sick animals and also falling for there scare tactics for so long. I will never go back to this place and would never recommend them to anyone. \r \r more

I am so thankful for the amazing staff and especially Dr. Vergel. We have a stubborn and spunky 8 1/2 year old Chinese Sharpei. Every vet we had brought him to up until last year was either afraid of him or refused to deal with him. But at Luv-N-Care I was shown 100% care and love for our furry family member. Dr. Vergel is patient and amazing with Snowy, and I can honestly see how much he really loves his job. The staff is kind, understanding, professional and top notch. We have boarded Snowy at Luv-N- Care and I feel totally at ease with him being there. He actually likes going to visit Stacia and the boarding facility! I couldn't say enough wonderful things about Luv-N-Care! If you have a hard to deal with pet you really need to give them a call-you will be surprised at how great it is to have a vet that really loves all animals and a staff that treats them all wonderfully. more

The most expensive Vet I have ever encountered! I researched and found that Value Vet has the best prices. Unlike Luv-N-Care, Value Vet cares more about your sick pet than your wallet!! more

They have a lovely staff with veterinarians that really care for your pet and do whatever they can in their power to make them feel better! more
