This is a horrible and unreliable taxi service. Booked it last night and spoke with the owner Shawn 2-3 times. I got an SMS from him confirming booking. He was supposed to pick us up at el conquestiador at 3am this morning and never showed up. He had promised he will pick his phone and it was completely switched off. He promises low rates but is completely unreliable and makes false claims. Do not go with him if you want to visit destination sites or catch a flight to the airport. I Can recommend Luquillo Taxi for your transportation while in Puerto Rico. Based on a recommendation in a TripAdvisor forum I contacted Mr. Shawn Herrera 787 513-7685 for airport transfer from Las Casitas. He is prompt, polite and can be booked in advance at this number. It is his company and his car is very nice..not your average sedan. He is informative and we learned alot en route to the airport. If you have transportation needs I can recommend him including to the ferry for the islands (he might also be available for getting the much sought after tickets). I could not find an area on TA to review Shawn so put it on the forum...if you search his name you will find other recommendations. I really appreciated finding his name in the forums and wanted to pass the word on. more

I would suggests contacting Mr. Shawn Herrera Luquillo Taxi. I got his name from Trip Advisor and we just used him for some short trips and back to airport from St. Regis Bahia Beach. I am not certain about just local SJU trips but I believe he could help you with getting to the ferry and I just had a conversation with him about actually getting tickets for his clients early morning. That ferry situation can be chaos and frustrating. Check with him 787-513-7685.
