WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! MY HUBBY AND I WENT FOR A ROMANTIC DINNER, AND WERE MET WITH A VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL WAITRESS, EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE, A MANAGER WHO DID NOTHING TO CORRECT THE SITUATION WHEN WE POLITELY SHARED WITH HER OUR EXPERIENCE. THE MENU BOASTED OF A MIXED GREENS SIDE SALAD AND WHEN WE WERE HANDED A BOWL OF ICEBURG LETTUCE THE WAITRESS ACTUALLY BECAME ANGRY WHEN MY HUSBAND MENTIONED HE THOUGH THE SALAD WOULD BE WITH MIXED GREENS AS ADVERTISED. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!!! WE SHARED THE LASAGNA AND BOTH SEPARATELY CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT IS WAS CHEAPLY MADE. Great Italian at good prices - HUGE PORTIONS 12/27/2009

Lunas in downtown Venice is a great stop for anyone visiting Venice, Florida for a day. Bring an appetite or prepare to take some leftovers. Portions are huge and the price is small. Food is great, outdoor seating is nice, and small enough for a casual date. Pros: GREAT DEALS, great atmosphere, great waitstaff Cons: Does not accept credit, cash/check only! more

Florida's best pizza?? I think not!! 3/6/2009

Honestly...service was great, can't complain about that. However, the pizza was horribly bland. Both my bf and I got horrible indigestion after. Just average greasey pizza....pick up some digiorno instead! more
