They told us that the yearly termite inspection was free. When we reminded them a year later they sent us a bill for $60 termite inspection (in addition to the $55 exterminator fee). The promise to come out free anytime in-between visits if we find bugs, but they try to charge for that too. more

Excellent company when pest control is needed. They use a spray that is safe for humans; they just ask that you let it dry and not touch it until it does, but it works great for bug prevention. The price is reasonable, and they can also treat the yard for fire ants. Their quarterly service is recommended, as they have a policy that if you discover pests between visits, they will return at no charge to you. They are prompt, polite, and quick. more
