Lumberton Chevrolet Buick GMC

I purchased a used car from the dealership. Thought I got a heck of a deal. And I still think I did. However I think they might be a little shafty. The information sheet was covering a crack in the windshield that was noticed until after purchase and the sticker was removed. After much discussion with the dealership and a window replacement company, the dealership did replace the windshield at their expense. Still think I got a great deal. And the dealership come through for me in the end. more

I had a really bad experience here. I was sold a car that had 17 miles on it, thinking that I was getting a new car in good condition. After moving to Raleigh and having problems with the paint on my bumper, I found out that a girl had rear-ended someone while test driving the car. I was not informed of the thousands of dollars of damage...not to mention the really shady way that it had been repaired. Things were welded together poorly, the whole front of my car was pushed back further than it should be, radiator damaged, AC coils scratched, various broken things under the hood. Glad my guys up here in Raleigh caught it for me.The dealership in Lumberton told me I would have to pay for my use of the car and depreciation. No way! I wouldn't be in this situation if it hadn't been for the condition of the car. In the end, they found a car identical to mine (minus the damage and horrible repairs). more
