"Last month we were having problems with our remote control for our fireplace which we purchased from Lumbermen’s. My husband spoke several times to one of your service techs and when we continued to have problems I spoke to Wayne several times. Both men were very professional and helpful in resolving our issues. We would definitely recommend Lumbermen’s based on your customer service." more

Very pleased 10/25/2013

We have been waiting on his replacement board for almost 2 months now. Don was there yesterday and switched it out. He was very knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. Don took the time to show us how the fireplace operated and I was very pleased with your service. more
