Good casual eats with a phenomenol view 1/25/2010

While staying in Waikiki, we went to Lu Lu's several times. It's an open-air bar on the second floor of a building with great views of the beach and Diamond Head. Great beachy vibe and really friendly service.\r \r Mahi sandwich was quite tasty. Omelets for breakfast were good - get the corned beef hash with them. If you really like garlic, get the garlic fries. They are very garlicky but sooo good. The nachos are also good but be sure to share them - the order is huge.\r \r We didn't sit at the bar but it was large and looked well-stocked. I'm not usually a fan of live music but the band that played while we were there was good. more

Nice view of Waikiki Beach 9/12/2006

We were staying at a hotel around the corner and wanted to get a quick breakfast before the airport shuttle arrived. Good portions and a little view of Waikiki Beach. The service was good and the atmosphere was relaxing and casual. I had the pancakes with the famous coconut syrup and a glass of orange juice. Yum!! Pros: view, food and atmosphere more
