I have been experiencing increasing lower back pain over the past two years and was unable to get relief from the myriad of Dr's and physical therapists I was going to. I wanted to avoid anything drastic like painkillers or surgery, and I wanted to find what the origin of the issue was so I could begin to treat the cause, not just the symptoms. \r

I had never visited a chiropractic before, but in frustration and (near) desperation, I tried Dr. Paez based on a friend's referral. I'm really, really glad I did. While nothing is going to magically reverse what has taken a few years to develop, I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere in solving this problem. Dr. Paez's approach is holistic and incorporates examining the entire body and how the system works as a whole. She is practical, rational and committed to treating the source of the problem as well as the symptoms. I am particularly impressed by her commitment to my care beyond our visits - she listens to my litany of questions and concerns and comes prepared to our appointments with followup and complete answers that she has researched. I love that she manages my treatment and takes my health as seriously as I do. \r

Visiting Dr. Paez is by far the best decision I have made in my health care and treatment. As an added bonus, she recently added the services of an amazing licensed massage therapist, Laura Hill, to her health center. I took advantage of Laura's introductory offer on massages and was in heaven. Laura had reviewed Dr. Paez's notes on my health issues and came prepared to address those issues in the massage. I appreciated this cross-pollination of services as well as all the different and fantastic elements she brought to her treatment - such as massaging my ear lobes, gently pulling my hair, stretching my limbs while she massaged them, and wrapping warm towels around my hands and feet post massage. Wonderful!
