What Idoiots 12/31/2010

These have got to be the most unorginized and non careing medical group I have ever seen in my life. These people really dont know what they are doing. They open and close when they want to(even after given a time to be there) and create problems for people trying to be seen or treated. They have NO courtesy or care for your needs. If this is what Americas medical practice is coming to, we are in a world of hurt!!Its a shame you have to give these people a star to report, they dont deserve that! more

Nice but Wrong? 6/18/2009

They were really nice and for a walk in I only had to wait an hour. The reason for the low rating is I told them my tonsil had been swollen and sore for 9 days. The doctor tells me it will just go away. I don't get any antibiotics or anything. It is now day 15 and it still swollen and sore. I am going to a different doctor. Pros: Very very nice and quick for a walk in. Cons: They told me to just wait it out. more

Don't recommend 1/21/2009

Would not recommend this facility, ER would be better. Not only was I misdiagnosed, My son went there with a sore throat, they did a throat culture & said it was negative. He saw another doctor, at another facility & did confirm that he had strep throat. I was in extreme pain that day. They did not seem to care. Please, Please, reconsider if you are really sick . Pros: can't really think of any except for the short time it took to leave there Cons: Dr. misdiagnosed the problem. Didn't care about the pain I was in more

Awful medical care and condenscending staff. 7/7/2008

I would not recommend this facility for your medical care. I have had a number of problems getting appts. and as a result have had prescription refills denied because I did not come in by the required date. Even if I have an appointment scheduled they refused to refill my prescription or even give me any to get me through to the appt. (approximately 4 days). They told me that I had to come in and wait as a walk in. Extremely disappointing. I strongly urge individuals and families to look elsewhere if at all possible. Pros: tried to think of some but service is mediocre at best Cons: treat you like you have no insurance and are visiting a free community clinic more
