I Would Not Recommend Do NOT BE SCAMMED!!!!!!!
Lucy furniture does not even deserve 1 star. Customer Service my butt. We ordered our furniture and paid in full since February. It is now April and we are dealing with a nightmare. The dining room set arrive all scratched and dented up. The living room set was the wrong one. We have been hassling them about getting this all corrected and it's been almost two months now. They do not care about their CUSTOMERS!!!
Instead we are being charged extra money to have them deliver the correct furniture/replacement and additional money to pick up the wrong one. That's another $200 bucks on top of the $2000 we've already spent. They do not update you on the status of delivery. They do not inform you about anything. They don't answer phone calls. You have to constantly call to get information.
I am so pissed I spent a dime with these people. They are telling us we're at fault for getting the wrong furniture please!
Do not waste your time or money. Get it elsewhere. They sell furniture everyone else carries no special or ordinary pieces. You pay cheap only to get ripped off!!!
