Lucky is my neighborhood coin laundry and when I needed my goose down comforter cleaned, I took it there. They advertise ""full service"", so that they can wash and dry it and I can come pick it up later. The price was reasonable, so everything seemed perfect. When I picked it up, it was still a little wet, but I took it anyway thinking ""I don't need to use it just yet, it'll dry up in a while"". So it was sitting in my closet for about a month before the weather got colder and I wanted to use it again. When I took it out of the bag in which it was given to me, I couldn't believe the strong detergent smell. I am not alergic to anything, but the smell was too much to handle. I unfolded it and let it stay out on the bed for a day hoping for the smell to go away, but at night the whole room smelled of the detergent. So the next day I took it back to the laundry asking them to wash it again, this time with no detergent, just to rinse it and get rid of the smell, but they refused to do it. The owner said that if I wanted it washed again, I would have to pay full price, and was completely unwilling to accept the responsibility. Now I have to take it somewhere else to have the same job done again and eventually pay twice for the same job. I consider this treatment of customers totally unaceptable and definitely would not recommend this business to anybody.
Pros: Reasonable price
Cons: Unaceptable service
