Dan answered questions with plenty of information, but no hype. We never got a sales pitch. He was business-like, yet friendly. Everything he told us he would do, he did professionally, in a very timely manner. He told us he'd get the car delivered in about three days, and it arrived in two. He told us he priced his cars right to begin with rather than go through a negotiating process. Every bit of research we did before and after the sale has confirmed that he sold us our car below retail value.
