Lucky Lou's Tattoo

I went in to get a tat fixed from the other Lucky Lou's and Terri was my saviour. She fixed my ugly a$$ wings! Thank you Terri, see u when I come back! more

While in AC this weekend for a concert, my fiance suggested i get the tattoo i have been wanting, after a bit of coaxing, i decided to go in. The place is clean, and friendly. I talked to the lady behind the counter and she was very helpful, answered all my questions and told me that it wouldn't take to long if i wanted to do it, as i was concerned about the amount of time/waiting would be. There was a steady stream of customers, fabulous pictures of tat's on the wall. i chose what i wanted, and took a seat and waited. Terri came out and told me she would be right with me, i was a bit taken aback by her appearance, but looks can be deceiving, never judge a book by its cover. I ended up with a beautiful tattoo, done by a talented artist, as friendly and personable as can be!! They have a $40 minimum and were priced reasonable i thought, you get great quality from experienced tattoo artists! fyi i didnt ask to see a portfolio, i didnt need too! the customers leaving more then satified was enough for me! get memories to take back home from atlantic city! more

I first stumbled upon Lucky Lous when I was working In AC. I have 4 tattoos done at Lous by 3 different artists and they were all beautifully done. I have a large half sleeve portraite of my black lab with script under it done by kevin who is absolutely hilariously funny.A great firedancer DMB tribute done by John (great guy) and a rib piece done by Paulanne. They are very fairly priced and just really great to people. This is the place to get a tattoo that youll want to cherish. I have 15 now and have no regrets about any of them especially not the ones ive received from Lous!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I was Tattooed by an artist at Lucky Lou's about a year ago. I have in the past been tattooed by many very talented artists,and am not new to the expierence. The receptionist was very nice, and asked me what I was looking for...She then asked me to pay in advance( a little expensive, but othen than that so far so good). I asked if they had a portfolio of the artist for me to look at, when she answered no I was a little concerned, but the design was simple so I dismissed it. When I was taken back the artist rested my arm on a roll of paper towels( red flag #1), which is terribly unsanitary. His machine sounded more of a chainsaw than a propperly even running machine, and a few of my lines were blown out from the get go. The design has now collapsed on itself to a blob, and I'm in the process of laser removal to have it covered with something that will last the rest of my life without this happening. Not trying to bad mouth the shop. Just saying ask to see portfolios before any tattoo. Save yourself the time, hassle and money. more
