This is a great laundromat for either doing your own laundry or dropping off your clothes to be laundered. They keep their machines in good working order, and use them themselves for doing the dropoff service.
Once you step in you will realize that this laundromat is much trusted by the neighborhood. There's always someone dropping off or picking up laundry, and hundreds of bags of laundry are sitting on the shelf waiting to be picked up.
For do-it-yourselfers, laundry supplies are available in case you forgot or ran out. If you want to hang around babysitting your clothes there is a TV mounted on the wall, or if you speak or read Chinese you can look over the owner's shoulder at the Chinese movies (historical dramas) that are on the portable DVD player.
As for the dropoff service, the clothes come out laundred very well, clean and dry, nicely folded, and wrapped in a poly bag. They do such a good job that I'm willing to forgive them that they occasionally add a pound or two to the reading on the scale. (They're the cheapest per pound in Downtown when they don't pad it, except for huge orders.)
They also will accept buttondown shirts but they send them out to be cleaned. As a result prices are significantly higher than other drycleaners in the area and the quality of service is not as good as their regular laundry. When I was having my shirts done through them, each batch came back with several shirts having broken buttons. I don't do my shirts there anymore.
