I usually TRY to stay very, very far away from commercial franchises, but every once in a while, out of suburban convenience, I'll try one out. This time, I didn't feel that I was being taken by some teenager who could care less about preparing my food, or that the atmosphere was taken right out of some old southern Hollywood movie set -down to the window screens, coat hangers attached to the booths, or the worn looking vintage signage. All of this combined with the food, equals an exceptional job with some well prepared ribs, really GOOD sauces (upwards of 4 to choose from - 3 main ones), nice proportions, and some decent sides dish's.
Pros: southern atmosphere, really good value, big drink glass
Cons: mediocre sides, can get really busy
