Lucille Roberts

Joined many gyms, Lucille Roberts is the one that has me coming back for more. Two years, and just joined for 2 more. The staff is friendly, the classes are great. There is a good amount of space for all, and I have meet some really nice people. Love Zumba, Just Dance,ellipticals,and treadmill are what keep me going. So come on over and find your SMILE! more

This is a wonderful Gym! I am so glad I have a membership. I have been a member for a long time. The staff is friendly, helpful, and cooperative. The Gym is always clean. The classes are fabulous! They always have a great variety of toning and cardio on the schedule. Zumba is my favorite. They have a big area with treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. There is something for everyone here! more

I joined the gym and was told the Gold Card membership included Childcare; come to find out 5 days after signing my contract that it DOESN'T include childcare, it allows you access to the Childcare room. There is an addition fee for the Childcare ($1-2/hr, per child). That doesn't seem like a lot, but it adds up...it would have cost me an extra $60/month, on top of my monthly membership. When I tried to cancel my membership, I was told I'd have to pay the cancelation fee of $99, because I was past the 3 day window. I tried to explain that I signed the contract expecting to receive a Membership that included Childcare and that is NOT what I got. I feel as though the membership was falsely represented and this it a definite case of False Advertisement...All of the signs referring to the Gold Card Membership state, 'Childcare *when available'. Childcare was offered at this location, but no where did it state that there was an additional fee for the actual Care aspect. The CS Rep and 'Manager' were very dismissive to my concerns and rude. HORRIBLE Customer Service on all ends, at the GYM and on the PHONE. more

Just joined Lucille Roberts Massapequa, and felt I had to write to tell everyone how much fun it is to be a part of their gym. The classes are so much fun, and there are so many different choices.\r \r I love that they give you an orientation which includes the machines and classes. I felt so comfortable after the orientation to go right into the classes. They have plenty of Zumba on the schedule too (love to zumba)\r \r Thank you Lucille Roberts for giving me such a fun place to work out. more

Never realized how much this gym had! Updated equipment, super clean and AMAZING fun classes including Belly Dancing and ZUMBA! Took me 1 visit to decide that this gym was what I was looking for and could actually AFFORD it!! Bringing my friends now! more
