Have spent hundreds of dollars @ this store and never returned a purchase. Bought a pair of Birkenstocks and wore them once - made my back & knee hurt. They would not take them ...

Best comfort shoe store 9/27/2010

I have terrible feet, and can't wear most usual brands. Lucha's has been my salvation as they can tell me which brands they carry will work for my foot problems. No other store has been as willing to work with my bad feet as they have. They are constantly looking for new brands that are comfortable; I've been particularly pleased at some of their newer shoes. If you're like me and need comfortable shoes that are good for professionals, look at the brand called ""Sensible"" - they don't look like sensible shoes, they are fashionable and very attractive! more

Great Service 8/15/2010

I went into Lucha's with supports for flat feet. The owner told me I did not have flat feet and gave me the correct supports. My feet feel much better!! Go in on Sunday and ask for Lucia. more

Great place for good shoes 9/5/2009

This is a really great store if you need a really comfortable pair of shoes. I went into this store to buy one pair of sandals for my trip. The salesgirl was friendly and told me about the brands that would work for my trip.\r \r I found the perfect pair of Naot sandals that were comfortable yet dressy. I actually found a pair of these funny looking shoes (Vibram five-fingers), which came in handy on hiking trails and were easy to pack for my month long trip to New Zealand. Lastly, I found a pair of dress shoes there were perfect for work that I had to have.\r \r So, I went in to buy one sandal and left with 3 pairs of shoes! Pros: Large, clean store filled with comfort shoes Cons: Not cheap- if you buy a few pair more

RUDE 7/10/2009

They would not take them back (which I understand) but the rudness and attitude was unforgivable. I immediately stopped a special order I was waiting for. DON'T SHOP THERE - GO TO NORDSTROMS!!!! Cons: No exchanges - No Returns more

Got great help, great selection and great customer service. 6/29/2008

They really have a great selection of comfort shoes and they really knew how to help me with my foot problem. I got more help from them then I did from my doctor. more
