Terrible!! My dog was boarded for only 24 hours and I pick her up and she is lethargic like they had drugged her! The next morning I wake up to bloody stool all over my carpet and house! The owner was extremely rude, was argumentative and told me he has thousands of clients and automatically denied any wrong doing. When I dropped off my dog, they had what sounded like hundreds of dogs in the back. Never would they let me see behind the closed doors. Never did I get any kind of disposition of the dog and how her boarding and bath was. Not only am I turning them into the city, BBB, I have advised my vet who will never send them another client. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CRUEL PEOPLE! Never did they ask if the dog was better. more

I have been going to this place for about 8 years now. I have boarded all three of my dogs there and have had two of them trained by the guy up there, Mark or Matt (flat top/mustache),something like that. Pros: Cleanliness and service. Cons: Didn't notice any... more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED/GREAT SERVICE 6/18/2009

Ive been boarding and grooming my pets at Loyal Companion for over ten years without any problems. My dogs are always happy to go there and happy when they leave. They have gone out of their way to open early or stay late when Ive had flights that were at odd times. Jill, the manager, is great and always knows how we like things done. Pros: Always had good luck there! more

DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE! 2/9/2009

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE let these people take care of your dog! Our dog ended up 15 lbs lighter and with large sores on his mouth. He has been boarded several times in the past at other places and has NEVER had any problems. Not only did he have sores (bite marks?) on his mouth but we were never contacted or notified on how they got there and they were never acknowledged or addressed by the people that run the place when we went to pick him up. The workers were given clear instructions and several contact numbers to call in case of any change in his health or with any questions. I am sick to my stomach just wondering what went on there while I was gone. more
