Customer called to book a new service call and told me that we had been to her house before and that the plumber who came out was really wonderful. She said she, ?played the eeni meeni miney mo, I am desperate, here a go game? in the phone book and picked us. She was totally surprised because we came out late afternoon on a rainy Friday (same day) & Angel proceeded to take care of her problem immediately and he was a an actual ?angel?. She really wants to let us know how much she appreciates our service and she?ll be telling her neighbors in the condo building about us. Thanks. more

Mr. Rodia called in on his lunch break to say that Mike E. and Mike B are the greatest. He was upset with our company after our first visit but when Mike & Mike came out, he said they really cared and really wanted to make everything right. He even said Barbie on the phone was so helpful when he was upset trying to schedule the call back. He is definitely going to call us back when he needs more work done and said he could talk at least an hour about how great everything turned out and about our awesome employees. Great Job Guys!!!! more

During a happy call Mrs. Bright said our company is excellent, she is going to recommend us to everyone. Jason is out of this world and did a fabulous, outstanding job. She can?t rave enough about how great we are and she is so glad she picked our company. Everything went perfect to a ?T? and she was able to sleep great last night. They have no complaints and plan to do business with us all the time. She also said she is going to go on her ipad and write about how great we are. If they have any problems they will call us. Ms. Belcher called today to ask for Brian?s full name because she?s filling out the card to send back. She said she wanted to make sure to give Brian ?kudos? because he did a, ?really, really, really great job?\r \r When he arrived wearing a uniform that said, ?God Bless America? it meant a great deal to her ?considering how things are these days?. She knows that we probably take a beating for that, but it means a lot to her.\r \r She also said, ?Brian is the type of young man I would give the keys to my house, he could go in and do the work when I wasn?t home and just leave the keys under a rock.
