I called Lowry Services for a problem I was experiencing with a light that was not working above my shower and within 24 hours Matt D showed up to take a look at the issue. I expected Matt to diagnose the problem and schedule an appointment for the following week to fix but he said he could head back to the shop and get it fixed right then. Matt was extremely professional and once the issue was diagnosed, he took the time to show me what caused the issue which I really appreciated. Matt was able to fix the issue within an hour of arriving onsite and it really saved me a lot of time and not having to take another day off of work for a later repair. Extremely professional electrician and I really appreciated the responsiveness of Lowry. Would highly recommend utilizing their services - will definitely save you a lot of time and headaches! more

Lowry did a wonderful job reworking some outdated electrical work that needed to be repaired to sell my house. I called 5 electricians and none would work in Norristown. I got scammed by another for $300 to say my system was safe.The Lowry team gave a fair estimate, pulled appropriate permits (critical for selling a house), and provided excellent customer service. One other electrician came out and he could not do the work for less and was unwilling to work in my attic. Lowry saved the day, and I am very thankful my house went to closing. more

Tyler did a great job removing a large shower stall and replacing it with a tub and shower combo. I was informed of what the job entailed and the cost before any work began. Considering that the drain had to be relocated, the job was completed in a timely manner. Tyler was careful to avoid any unnecessary damage to the surrounding walls and floor. He paid close attention to detail and explained what he was doing along the way. He cleaned up all the debris and left the area very clean. I am extremely pleased with the final results and will definitely have Tyler do any other plumbing projects I may have in the future. more

Had a sewer line back up on me and called Lowry Services. They sent a plumber the next day and he did a great job and said that it would need to be scoped and they would send a team. Sure enough Lowry called and a team came out today. Angel and Pete worked their butts off trying to get good camera views of the old pipes and found the issues. State of the art equipment, knowledgeable and good guys to work with. Now I have to decide how to go forward and when. Thank you Lowry and your Field Service Teams. more

Yet another instance of great prompt plumbing service. We called around 2:30pm on a Saturday afternoon for our garbage disposer and they were at the doorstep at 3:00pm. He was done and out by 3:20pm and that too in center city!!! Thanks for the great, prompt and economical service. more

Phenomenal service starting with the first call. The after hours call center took a very clear message and gave me a window for the next morning. She told me they would call me in the morning about the pricing and appointment-and they followed up. The technician called just before he got there to ensure that he would have everything he needs to get this done, and he came he fixed, cleaned up and he was done. Extremely professional punctual and economical. I did not feel for once I was getting jipped. They followed up on the service with a phone call. Thank you so much guys!!! more

Had a blocked drain causing raw sewage to back up into the house. Nasty business! Even though I wasn't listed in their same day service area, they still managed to get a plumber to me! As promised, they called when they were about an hour away and arrived right on time. The plumber had the drain clear in about 45 minutes and the price was awesome. One of my new favorite contractors. They also do HVAC, and electrical. more

I give the Lowry Company and huge thumbs up! They are EXTREMELY professional in setting up appointments, and the home visits. I had very positive meetings with the Jeff the Electrician, Jeff the HVAC guy, 2 HVAC installers Russ and Wayne, Salesman Mike, and billings department Shane. They were not pushy, very mannerly, professional looking, friendly and clear explanations, and timely. The salesman applied coupons that were offered on line before I handed them to him. The billing department offered to wait a week so I could clear room on my credit card for the purchase, and called back to make sure I was 100 percent satisfied before billing me. They went above and beyond, and while each member had their own role in replacing my unit, they worked together as a team. I was surprised at the professional focus of each member and very pleased with their respectful tone with me as I asked many, many questions. This is the other reason I chose them over the other company. Worthy of me taking the time to write this! Super work, and my top recommendation. more

Matt D did a great job rewiring our living room, and installing overhead lighting. He quickly understood what we wanted to do, and proposed a pragmatic solution. When performing the work, Matt took care to avoid damaging our ceiling, walls and floor. In general, he paid careful attention to detail, as if he was working in his own home. We're very happy with the results, and are looking forward to working w/ Matt on our next project. more
