The manager and assistants that run this store do not care at all about customer service. After an incident at the store, I called Lowe's Customer Care and asked to speak to a regional manager. They said I could not speak to a regional manager until after I spoke to the store manager. I agreed to wait for the store manager to call me. Instead, an assistant manager named Bill called and left a message saying he did not know what I expected them to do. So, I can't talk to a regional until I talk to the store manager and the store manager deflects calls to a hapless assistant manager. But because I still have not talked to the store manager, the customer service line refuses to send my complaint to a regional. The store manager is more interested in keeping me away from the regional than talking. Avoid this store at all costs.
