The best place that I have found to purchase Faux wood window blinds is Lowe's. They can order just about anything you may want, if they don't have it in the store. Lowe's is great about cutting the "in stock" blinds to the specifications that you need. This is a service that they provide to their customers. I have purchased blinds from Lowe's several times. A few of the blinds that I purchased were for very odd size windows. That was not a problem for Lowe's. They just took the measurements I brought in and cut the blinds to fit. Lowe's is one of my favorite places to shop for "handyman" items or household needs. more

I like to do woodworking as a hobby and I like to buy my materials where I get the best value for my money. Lowe's has some good choices in items from lumber/wood to tools to help do the job. I like to browse through Lowe's because when I do, I get to thinking about all kinds of projects that I can make. I have purchased most of my project supplies from Lowe's and some things my wife found that she couldn't live without too. more

My wife has inherited her father's old homeplace about 45 minutes away from our home. We have been working on weekends to completely remodel the house. This would not be possible without my weekly shopping trips to Lowe's here in Alexandria. If I had the opportunity to be given a $10,000 shopping spree, it would definitely be spent here at Lowe's. Lowe's has everything that I need to do all of my repairs. I have purchased all of the bathroom fixtures and plumbing needs for the two bathrooms from Lowe's. Also, all of the wood, tile, grout, windows, doors, etc. were purchased here. We have also purchased all electric appliances for this house. You can see, that a $10,000 shopping spree would help us out tremendously in our renovations and our shopping for supplies at Lowe's. more
