Bought a Samsung front loading washing machine and dryer. The washing had a scratch on the front of the door. Delivery man said we could get 10% off the cost or they would deliver a new unit. We told him we wanted a new unit - paid too much for a scratched up item. The delivery man said ok, I will let them know at the store to order you a new machine. We called the store to verify our new machine was ordered and no one knew what we were talking about. Could not get anyone to answer the phones or help us. Finally we got someone to hear our story, they said they would order us a new machine and it would take about a week. It has been almost 2 wks since and no call no machine at our door. Called the store and no machine has been ordered for us and no one knows anything about a scratched complaint. Lowe's has absolutely no customer service. They want you to buy from their store but once you walk out the door you are on your own. THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
