A cashier overcharged me for wood (for a different type of wood than I bought), so I went to the customer service desk, and they gave me part of my money back but not all. They didn't really pay attention to what the exact problem was.
Another time, I bought some items online, and they should have been ready for me when I showed up to pick them up, but I had to wait about 45 minutes while an employee went around the store to take the items off the shelf for me. Why do they even have online shopping?
Update: I bought a washer and dryer there. The salespeople were at first unwilling to give us a discount for the products, one of which had a lower price at Home Depot. We eventually got the discount after pushing for it. The delivery guys, who I realize our not direct employees of Lowes but subcontractors, were timely and nice. We like our new washer and dryer, although I read more useful reviews about them on the Home Depot website than on the Lowes website.
