I just wanted to say, I recently posted on Yelp and I'll post here as well. On Tuesday I was at your store and hunting for stuff to get my cable/internet in all the rooms of my new place. After walking in the store (And being ignored by the ""Door Gestapo"") I wandered around and ran into a new guy named ian, ethen? that said ""it's only my 2nd day, but let me try to help."" That made my entire day, this ONE NEW guy helped me find what I needed, took his time, and get this..HE WAS ON HIS LUNCH! Now this is service! Kudo's to Lowes, people like this guy are going to make you a billion bucks! -Mandy more
