i ordered granite from this lowes and usually have perfect service from this location. the granite came flawed and the cut of the counter was ordered wrong by the lowes associate....

DO NOT ORDER GRANITE FROM HERE! 9/6/2011

i ordered granite from this lowes and usually have perfect service from this location. the granite came flawed and the cut of the counter was ordered wrong by the lowes associate. DIANE in the management office of the counters dept. refuses to be of any help, does not stand behind lowes product or the mistakes that were made in the order. i am just expected to pay thousands of $ to lowes for something i did not ordered and also has a flaw in it. CABINET EXPRESS, has been of no help as well as should be avoided. best piece of advice- get granite from someone else who stands behind their work! more
