The self checkout lines are horrible. and sometimes that is all that is available.. I came in for some paint supplies the other day and once I saw it was going to take forever to get through check out I left my stuff and went down to home depot. where I was checked by a real person. I have used lowes a lot in the past as a commercial user but think I will now switch to home depot or ace more
