Mari is Phenomenal! I let her decide what to do with my hair, and it is always amazing. Great service and talented individuals. Lovely is quite lovely!!

Lovely Salon 8/3/2011

I recently had a hair cut and style by Julie at Lovely and absolutely love how my new hairdo looks! I have also gone to Lovely for highlights and color, and also had my wedding party there as well. I have been going to Lovely for about two years and always appreciate the excellent service and also the quality work they do. I would recommend this salon to anyone! more

First time there many time with mari, great place top of the line, service is the best clean, organized, friendly, all staff is very nice easy on the eyes and professional, love to meet the hiring manager and I will return..... above all i will tell all my assoiates here at rockwell..... thank you and mari see you in 40 days or less thank you..... Being from Chicago I have been to a lot of salons claiming to provide an amazing experience. Of them all none compair to Lovely. The stylists are amazing and make me feel at home. I always leave with a cut and style that exceeds my own visions. Their little extras, like refreshing my makeup, makes all the difference. Thanks girls; can't wait to come back in! more

Too blond 7/29/2011

I'm not super pleased with my most recent visit to Lovely. My stylist made me much too blond for my taste even though I asked her to brighten me up but make it look it natural. It's the blondest it has ever been. :( She did her best as far as pampering is concerned but I care more about my hair than pampering. When I called to make the appointment and they suggested this new girl I asked if she had plenty of experience I was told she had been with them for about a year and she was an experienced stylist. I learned during my appt that she had just gotten out of beauty school only 7 months before. I like Lovely's atmosphere and this is only one of two times in the last five yrs that I have been unsatisfied with my experience. Anne is awesome. I unfortunately tried someone new because I needed to get in quickly. more

Lovely at Lovely 7/28/2011

Every time I step into the Lovely Salon, I feel my stresses of the day just melt away. From the smell of Aveda products wafting in the air, to the fun musical selections softly playing, this place is an oasis for me! The stylists know there stuff too! I have been a satisfied client for a little less than a year, and I can't imagine going anywhere else! I go for both cuts and color and my stylist hasn't steered me wrong yet. I have even had complete strangers stop me to ask where I go for my hair! It makes me feel great, and I'm sure to tell whomever wants to know that, " Julie is my stylist...tell her I sent you!" more

I've been going to Lovely for a while and I love my stylist/designer/hairdresser. Hailee is great at listening to what I want and working with the minimal effort I want to put into my hair each morning. Even better, she actively makes suggestions and recommendations, without making me feel like she's just trying to push services or products on me. I've been really happy with all my haircuts, and the price is great compared to other salons in town. more

Pedicure 7/20/2011

I was looking for a place to get a quick pedi last night and saw a sign for Lovely. I stopped in and they helped me right away. I loved the service I received and the pedi was great. Only thing that is different about this salon for pedicures is there we not that many choices of OPI color for my toes. You won't get the traditional foot tub with bubbles or the massage chair you might find at other nail salons, but the pedi was just as great! THANKS! more

I recently started going to see Mari at Lovely in Bayview. She is amazing!! The salon is very cozy and comfortable. The staff is so friendly. I avoided salons for years because I'm frugal but the services at Lovely are worth every penny! more

Always a pleasure at Lovely 7/14/2011

I always enjoy my trips to Lovely, it's such a serene and rejuvenating environment and everyone is very cordial from the receptionist to the many stylists. My own Sarah always takes the time to be sure we are on the same page before my cut, and my hair always looks fabulous, and is easy maintenance, just like it must be to survive my insane schedule. In fact in all the times I've been to Lovely I've never seen anyone leave not looking terrific. more

Last minute haircut 7/14/2011

I was able to get a last-minute appointment with Hailee, who completely rocked my hair. I LOVE this salon - I've seen Manda and Sara also, and I know that I will always get a good cut (though after yesterday I think Hailee is stuck with me for good). It's such a nice atmosphere and great people - Crystal even entertained my toddler while I got my hair washed (I think he has a crush). THANK YOU!!!! more
