My home warranty sent my claim to this company 27 May. Got a call 28 May stating that they service this contract on 2 June. Got a call 2 Jun...part not available. Will look for it. Call back 20 min stating no part available, however will overnight ship the part. Received a call Jun 8, part should be here TOMORROW, JUN 9. Received a call JUN 10, set up appt. for Jun 11. Asked for afternoon appt, told there was none available. Rearranged my schedule for morning appt. Called Lovelace at 11:30 am, wondering when technician would be there. Told that the technician is ""tied up with a proposal"" and would not make it this morning. Could he come tomorrow. I'm not available until Monday. So we will try Monday. If my home warranty company 2-10 sends me to this company again, I will canceled my policy and look for another home warranty company.
