About Brooke
I have been working as a certified Transformational Life Coach since 2016, specializing in relationships and helping couples navigate turbulent times. I received my degree in Psychology in 2018 and now I focus on helping people identify and achieve their relationship goals. I am working on becoming a Gottman Certified Therapist, and use The Gottman Method in the foundation of my coaching. I have helped many overcome issues that are causing them discord, anxiety, and stress by focusing on positive communication, trust building, vulnerability and navigating relationship challenges including blending families.
