I've been doing business with this company for about 5 months and have had some issues in the past, but chalked it up to ""things happen"" sometimes. However this last incident is totally unacceptable.
I had a small order of 80 pieces that needed to be printed. Dropped off my blank shirts and caps and sent them the artwork. Got a call a week later stating that they needed the artwork in another format. Went back to the artist and had it re-done. This went back and forth for a couple of weeks. Then I went down there to have them show me what was going on since it seemed to work fine in my program and spent two hours there until they got it to the point it would work.
Then I asked when the order would be done...he told me he needed to order a new ink cartridge but he would have the order done in a few days. Called and text him at the 3 day mark...no response. Drove there again, told not done yet ran out of ink (screen printing ink this time) and film...will have it done in a few days. Gave him 4 days and called, text...no response. Drove there the following week and picked up my blank shirts/caps that had been there for more than a month.
Spoke to Dave the owner of the company and he apologized. Wanted to keep my business, but not enough to do anything. I wasn't looking for anything other than the order to be complete as promised. He spoke with Kevin (the guy I was working with) and Kevin told him that he wouldn't be able to get to it for another week. So that's the BEST that they could do Dave tells me. If one of my people screwed up this bad, I would make sure it got done that day somehow even if he and I had to stay late to get it done!
