Ever time we go to Lopez we only eat here. This place has the best food out of the few places that are on the island. It is fresh, interesting and the cafe has a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend the salads and the burgers. The quiche was also very good. This place is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So next time you are on Lopez go to Love Dog Cafe right at the village next to the grocery store. more

Nice people, mixed performance on the food 6/26/2004

The Love Dog is a Lopez Village institution - owner White Bear is an imaginative and risk-taking chef, sometimes hitting the mark, sometimes missing, but always doing her best. It's a lovely space, with a pleasant outdoor patio area for nicer days (it's also a great spot to watch the 4th of July parade). Give it a try! more
