I always maintenance on my car done here. They do quality work and i have an older car. I cant risk having problems with my car, so they are the only ones i trust with its repairs.

Worst

We spent well over $10,000 on repairs for 2 of our vehicles. Out of that, $2,000 in repairs were unnecessary and $1,000 was for things they broke. They also upcharged us 400...

They always answer any questions I have and I always have questions. The service is professional and always friendly. My Mother and I have been going here for years and we are ecstatic with the service. Also, if I need something that they don't do there, they refer me to other great businesses. All I can say is thank you. more

Great Things... 11/1/2011

I recently received an oil change service from the Lou's. I have heard great things about them from everyone I know, it was a very pleasing experience for me as well. Whenever I asked several questions about details of car repairing, the staff answered everything friendly, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for everybody, and will be returning as well. more

Quick! 10/28/2011

My a/c stopped working in the middle of summer. I dropped it off at Lou's and got a ride to work. In a couple of hours they called and said they recharged my a/c but something else was keeping it from working and they needed more time. Right as I was about to get a ride home, they called me again and said my car was ready. I paid the bill and drove home with the the a/c cranked! more

I took my car in because it was overheating and there was no heat. Great experience. Got it fixed the next day and the cost was reasonable. I am always skeptical but I will take my car there again. more

All Fixed 10/18/2011

I was told by several people that I needed a new transmission in my 98 Chevrolet Silverado. When I took my truck to my mechanic, he referred me to Lou's Total Car Care. They checked it out and told me it was a solenoid, or something like that. They had the part in stock and fixed it the same day. These guys are awesome. more

Trustworthy 10/13/2011

Took my car in because of some serious wheel noise. I was told that a shield at the wheel had been bent, and all it needed was to be bent back into the original position. No charge. My first and only experience, but leads me to believe this shop can be trusted. more

Grateful 10/7/2011

I'm grateful to Lou for helping me out. I got a flat tire while I was parked at the place across the street from his shop, and he quickly offered to help. He gave my tire some air so I could drive temporarily, and he gave me directions to the tire place down the street. I would have never known there was a tire place so close. Lou was cheerful and charged me nothing. It's so uncommon to see someone who ""pays it forward"" like that these days. more

Based on my limited experience of having a battery installed and a brake light changed, I highly recommend this shop. Everyone was kind, respectful, and went out of their way to be helpful. The work was done quickly, I was treated fairly, and I would certainly recommend the shop to friends. more

Fixed The Problem In No Time 10/6/2011

My car top needed to be reset. I came to my dad's friends, who recommended Lou's Total Car Care. I went there and he helped me by fixing initial problem in minutes and did some extra adjustments he didn't have to. I have a major tune up to be done I am going there for that. more

Terrible, just terrible - scammers 7/27/2010
