Peace of mind 8/5/2013

The maintenance done was on my daughter's car, a 'pre-flight' before a road trip. I entrusted the car and process to Lou's because I have that much trust in them and getting precisely what was required accomplished. I feel no concern over the car's roadworthiness for this trip and at least on that point I can relax. That's why I go to Lou's ... I trust them; they do the job; they do the job well. Any issue they encounter is explained plainly so it can be addressed appropriately. more

Lou is a class act. I feel totally comfortable in his hands and have 4 cars in the family that are serviced by him. He takes the time to explain in layman's terms the procedures and 'mechanics' behind what needs to be done. If there was a 6 star on the rating chart, i'd give it to him. more

Still top-notch 4/19/2013

Took the ol' minivan in for a spring once-over and AC check, etc. Had a couple of mystery items to be checked as well. A couple of hours later the job was done, only what was required was done ... no 'fixed' mystery items with mystery work. The van runs as well as it does at coming-up to 108000 miles because of the maintenance done at Lou's. more
