A Great Family Trip! 8/30/2005

My family LOVES the Louisville Science Center! The center features exhibits of modern technology and ancient history, including handson opportunities that invite vistor's to get in touch with the evolution of modern science. The muesum also has four-story-screen IMAX theater. My family loves all the exhibits ecspecially the hands on stuff. The Center is always so CLEAN. And the tour guides are so nice and freindly. It is well worth the money. more

Fun Fun Fun! 8/20/2005

The Louisville Science Center is idea for kids. It has tons of hands on activities which are very fun for the kids. The adults won’t be bored either as there is plenty of stuff they can do together. This is also a great learning experience for kids and who knows maybe even the adults. Very fun, check it out! more

Fun for Kids of All Ages 8/11/2005

The Louisville Science Center is a wonderful place to spend a weekend afternoon, whether you have kids or not! Everyone can learn something and have fun at the same time. The interactive exhibits really engage people by making science easier to understand. Plus, this is the only place in town with a real IMAX theater. Nothing can match the experience of seeing films made exclusively for the huge screen in a theater specially made for these unique films. more

Fun for the family! 8/9/2005

The Louisville Science Center is located on W. Main St. in Downtown Louisville. It is a great place to take children of all ages for some good wholesome educational fun. They have permanent exhibits such as the World Around us and temporary exhibits like Moneyland. The museum also offers an IMAX theater, which mostly shows educational films during the day. Occasionally at nights, they run more adult oriented films such as the Rolling Stones at the IMAX film, or Titanica. I would definitely recommend this place! more

Great Time 8/5/2005

This place has it all, from wacky things to Dinosaurs and so much more. You're sure to have a good time with all the exciting things they offer. Your kids will love this place and want to come back again and again. They feature great exhibits and demonstrations that will amaze not only the kids, but you too. Also be sure to check out the IMAX Theater, where you'll be amazed with it's over 4 stories high screen. You can see a variety of movies they offer that will entertain you. They offer memberships, including a dual one with the Louisville Zoo that is perfect the family. more

Louisville Science Center 8/3/2005

This is a very interesting and education place to see. It's great for children as well as adults. A lot of area schools take field trips here. There are many hands on exhibits. A lot of the exhibits change from time to time making every trip there interesting. The center is easy to find downtown and parking has never been a problem. I would highly recommend the center to anyone. more

Louisville Science Center 8/2/2005

The Science Center has more than 40,000 square feet of exhibits, as well as an IMAX theater. The exhibits include " The World Within Us", exploring the human body, "Moneyville" which is a colorful city with a bank, store, stock market, anti-counterfeiting lab, and an international port. There is also "We Create" which is a tribute to creative thinkers throughout the centuries who have made advancing science possible. more
