I had the worst time ever only because the owner was so unprofessional. She had no knowledge of anything she was a dingbat! The service was awesome, Jenna was my server and she was very personable and nice. I did not enjoy my food and when i saw the cook i automatically saw why. How can you cook food in the back with your hair down, no wonder i found hair in my food. And the other girl was worse always smoking then going back to flip a burger, without washing her hands VERY UNSANITARY! more

I ordered hamburger with grilled onions and swiss cheese, and onion rings. When it came out the bun was cold, (could have heated on the grill) the hamburger was literally falling apart and the swiss cheese had no flavor at all, if I had not ordered swiss I would never have know what it was supposed to be. The onion rings were the pre frozen ones that taste like cardboard cutouts of onion rings. It was a disaster When the waitress came around I said those were frozen onion rings werent they and she said yes and that their french fried were as well hon! more

I am there every Tuesday and it just gets better and better. The whole atmosphere, and the waitresses are wonderful. The perfect place to escape to when you just want to relax, have a good time, and be surrounded by loving people!! KEEP IT UP!! Pros: Greast Customer Service Cons: Nothing to my imagination!! more

We had heard that Louis had great burgers and fresh seafood. After an exceedingly long wait (the owner ate our entrees so our orders had to be prepared a second time). What a huge disappointment. The snapper pontchartrain was not fresh, not snapper and probably weighed in a less than 4 oz. The pontchartrain sauce was diluted tomato sauce - reminiscent of Campbell's tomato soup. Rice was way over done and canned greenbeans were mushy. Not worth $14.75 by any stretch of the imagination. Their version of Ceasar salad contained no romaine lettuce - only iceburg with a smattering of leaf lettuce, 2 tomato wedges and 2 cucumber slices - of course, there weren't any croutons or parmesan cheese. The lettuce was pretty fresh and the grilled shrimp were good. The pricing in the menu was deceptive - salad was $5, with chicken $6.50 or shrimp $7.00 It seemed like a good price for a small dinner salad with 5 shrimp. But it was $5 plus $7. Absolutely not a $12 salad. The owner never even apologized for eating our orders while we waited and waited - ""A sorry for the goof up"" would have gone a long way.
