I used to eat at Louie's during my college years back in 1999-2000. There was nothing like walking over from our late nights at The Varsity to chow on Louie's fare. Now, having moved out of state, anytime I make a return trip home I always re-visit this favorite of mine...and, occasionally, a lucky friend of mine will get to experience it as well, and the end result is always the same...WE LOVE THIS PLACE. I don't care about the lines, or the cramped space...I care about the people, and the awesome diner/greasy spoon/ made with love food that comes from that kitchen. The hashbrowns cooked with green peppers and smothered with cheese are my ultimate, and nothing anywhere else even comes close. This is a little piece of home that I'll always remember and try continuously to spread the word about to anyone who will listen. Thanks for the memories made and memories yet to come, Louie's!!!!
