The worst dining experience we have had in a long time (except for the great conversation we had with our friends). Three out of four steaks our party ordered had to be sent back to the kitchen 2 times to get them done correctly, and when they finally got them right inside the outsides were almost charcoal. The manager came out a couple of times but was only mildly apologetic.\r \r Don't waste your time or money. If you want steak in Lakeland, go to Longhorn, for better quality and service at a lower price. Pros: Nice Atmosphere Cons: Everything Else more

I had eaten here a year and half ago and I was telling everyone that I had one of the best steaks I had every tasted. I am so sorry that I have sent my friends to this steak house! I picked it to celebrate my Birthday with my wife and a few friends. The fact that we waited over 45 mins to get our entrees is totally unacceptable. Then there is the food, no one at the table had anything they enjoyed, the porterhouse steaks were not cooked as ordered, they were tough and unseasoned, the prime rib (no way was it USDA Prime) was dry and old tasting. The side items at $6 each were uneatable, the creamed spinach was undercooked frozen spinach with grated cheese on top, the mashed potatoes were so over processed they were like gummy baby food, sautéed onions (now how can any cook screw this up) were barely cooked and crunchy! This all came with an average check of $73 per person! You want a great meal in Lakeland, go to the Terrace Hotel in Old Town Lakeland. Pros: Nice looking Cons: Food is very bad more
