Call on Monday morning for an appt., and you will have a tuff time getting through. On average it would take 20 minutes of calls to get passed the busy signal, then wait another 10 minutes to get to the appt desk. Low technology in this office. Call on a different day and you'll get the front desk who are rude and haven't smiled in years. Nor do they act like they are in a position of service. Not happy people is a great discription of the poorly paid help: could that be the excuse? Dr. Morse is great, however her nurse is cold, unfriendly and robot like. He is in the wrong profession. If you share your experience to Dr. Morse, she seems content with her own situation. I would recommend all the Dr., but I would think twice due to the administrative support staff and lack of technology/communication options.
