Having been immortalized in the movie ""Swingers"", Los Feliz Golf Course may draw some just to play on the course for that reason alone. However for locals and regulars, Los Feliz is more than just a pitch and putt course with a Hollywood history. Its narrow fairways and overhanging Sycamore branches can combine to make it a nice little challenge for experienced golfers and duffers alike. Shots that kick off the trees can make for some interesting lies behind trees, in patches of sandy dirt, or lost among the fallen leaves that cover the ground in some areas. This course is a great way to spend a couple of free hours and a few extra bucks. Weekday fees are only 4 bucks and 2 to replay. 6 bucks well spent for an entertaining and interesteing 18 holes. Weekend fees are only 5 bucks, but the course can get crowded and you might have to wait a few minutes to tee off. The best time to play is during the week in the mid-morning, almost no wait and not too many on the course.
Pros: Great Price, Laidback Atmosphere, Hollywood History
Cons: Overgrown Trees, Fallen Leaves Can Hide Wayward Shots
