Food Good, Service Bad 6/10/2002

Ambiance of the place is great, food is tasty, but they need to work on their attitude toward customers. I thought the food was very good...all four of us had good meals (3 pastas and one pizza), and I felt the prices were quite reasonable. 4 of us dined for 95 dollars, before tip. This included one appetizer and several drinks. The service, however, was indifferent. Our server never refilled our water and disappeared for LONG periods of time. I'll give this place another chance...hopefully the service will be better. Also, if you go...don't sit on the balcony above the kitchen unless you want a very warm dining experience. Pros: Food, Ambiance, Price Cons: Service, Service, Service more

My experience when I went with three other friends was horrible!! The food was not edible. Our waitress was okay. None of us ate even half of our small portions and the waitress did not offer any discounts or an apology. I would not recomend this restraunt. We have been trying various restraunts in the twin cities and this is by far the worst. more
